Hyland's Calm, Sleep Aid Tablets, Relief of Nervous Tension and Sleeplessness, Non-Habit Forming, 100 Tablets

I absolutely love this product! I have had really intense anxiety/panic attacks that restricted my activities immensely. I have taken prescribed medications before, but they came with side effects. I found this product, and it worked soo well for me that I could not believe it! The manufacturer replaced it with an "updated" version for a while that I did not like at all! I saw that Amazon was carrying the original version again, and I was soooo happy. Different people react to things differently, and this may not work the same for everyone, but it works for me, and I love it!

I wake up during the night and can’t get back to sleep and saw this product when looking for Hylands Leg Cramps and even tho I have never had good results with sleep products I have had good luck with Hylands products, so ordered. First night woke up, took 3 tablets and back to sleep in 15-20 minutes, same thing second night. Needed 4 nights later and same results. I don’t want to get addicted so only use as needed and I don’t know how long they will work, but for now they are amazing and surely worth giving them a try.

I'd been having trouble sleeping due to stress from a bunch of malarkey at work. I'd be tired but could not shut my thoughts off. I would be up all night. This had been going on for weeks. These have been amazing I have taken 3 about an hour before bed and I start feeling tired. Not a drugged start nodding off feeling but a relaxed calm. I go to bed and quickly drifted off to sleep. Next morning I would wake refreshed and ready to take on my day. The one night I did not take these my mind was reeling again. I just had to test it. Again took them tonight and I am ready for a good nights sleep. This is a remedy I will be keeping close. Thank you Hyland.

I first found out about this product when someone gave one to our dog to help him ride in the car. He feel asleep almost immediately and had a great ride home. Now my husband and I also use it when we are having trouble falling asleep. I like it because there are no side effects and we aren't groggy when we awaken.

These are not a miracle cure, but when I take them I really notice a significant overall difference in my nerves/anxiety and it does exactly as it says, calms. When I first tried these I thought there might be a placebo affect going on, but there was a time I took these and forgot. Then later that same day I felt very calm, calmer than usual. I sat there feeling grateful that I wasn't feeling so anxious for once and it hit me that I had taken these less than an hour before. That's when I knew for sure that these really did do something for me.

I had my doubts about this product but I was desperate to find something to cope with my anxiety. To my delight, it really worked ! I take 2 tablets when I’m feeling anxious and the pills CALM me down.

I use this so that I don't have restless nights tossing and turning .... I take it about an 1 1/2 before retiring for the night, and I don't wake up groggy or drowsy... it works wonders...if you have anxiety it just takes the edge off....I highly recommend this product.

These tablets are great for calming stressful feelings and reducing mild anxiety. Highly recommend!

I took the recommended dose. The only effects I got from these pills were heart palpitations.
