Looks and works great!
I really like this faucet. I recommend using 3/4 pipe rather than 1/2” though to get a bit more flow from the rainfall head. It is a lot of nozzles to keep flowing.

Wow. Absolutely love this system. Got it for my kids bathroom and they are beyond happy and excited to take showers lol. The digital feature is very cool option and looks great and very modern. Highly recommend

Doesn't work and no product support
Do not buy. Does not work and Warranty is not adequate. So the on/off valve does not work and we can figure out how to contact Dr Fawcett. So far Amazon has been no help either. Warranty is only 30 days so it is past the warranty time. So we picked this to go in our new home and now we have to tear the tile off the walls to put something in that will work.

Everyone love this
After remodeling my bathroom, the contractor put a video up on Facebook and everybody love this product. The ability to get in the shower and not burn yourself because you know the temperature is a life changer. The only problem with this product was that the rainfall bar did not screw into the US piping in the wall. There was an issue with the threads. I had to buy a new bar to go into the wall. The huge rainfall showerhead is luxurious.

The timer doesn’t come on. Should have a way to tighten the base
The timer doesn’t come on. It flickers. You will not know that the system is defective until you install it. Note I am stuck with the defective item

Solid Build!
The pieces in this kit are solid.The overall quality seems good.I love the rainfall concept so this works for me.Comes in a box of reasonable quality. Packed well.Overall no complaints.

After spending thousand to get it installed, it does not work
I had a new tile shower built. This unit gets installed behind the tile wall and backer board. It was a large effort to install this unit. It took several days for the install. The plumber installed this new shower unit. The tile person installed the backer board and tiled the shower. The plumber came back to connect the face plate and test out the plumbing. The digital display never turned on. It does not work. The plumber verified the connections are setup properly. After spending thousands of dollars, I have an unusable shower.

Missing part
The hose was missing from the kit. Of course I did not see this until the contractors finally got to my bathroom reno and waited till the end of course for the shower and Voila! the hose to connect the hand control is not there and the time period has passed. I bought this and put it with the other items for my contractor to install. I assumed the parts were there. Now it's too late to do a return. I just wanted the hose.
