Topnotch Sweetner!
I’ve used this sweetner for many years. It’s never been disappointing. There’s no aftertaste and it has a granulated texture.. You’d almost think it was real sugar! Even the color of it is just like sugar. The only difference is that it’s 1/3 less sweet than sugar. However, the company that makes this sweetner tells you that on the package. So, I always use a little bit more.

Look for 100% Erythritol
I've been using the wholesome Sweetners brand for years. I tried the Now brans for the first time because I found it cheaper.I think they are comparable.Beware: These are much better that the Nectreese sweetner crap - which is deceptively labeled and has a nasty after taste. They say made from Monk fruit. Wow! and you read later that they have added a few grains of the monk fruit extract. It also contains sugar and mollasses? It's like something form a chemical factory! What do you expect from the makers of Splenda, I am not going to return mine because it's not worth the hassle. But I will never buy Nectresse sweetner again. Instead I will stick to Now or Wholesome Sweetners 100% erythritolwhich has zero after tastezero calories and zero glycemic indexlooks like sugarIs a natural product it is not bad for you except - If you have more than 20 teaspoons a day it will act as a laxative, So make sure those days you stay close to the throne.I use it in my hot tea and it dissolves quickly. One thing you need to add a lot. it is not super concentrated. So if you would normally add 1.5 teaspoons of regualar sugar then I would add 2 teaspoons of this stuff.

Good sugar/artificial sweetener substitute, but requires larger quantity
This product has the appearance of sugar and no nasty aftertaste like stevia. I like it. My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of the product, but erythritol in general. If you like sweetness, you will have to use more. I have a wicked sweet tooth and used 2 packets of equal in my giant cup of morning coffee. Unfortunately, to get the same sweetness with erythritol, I would have to use 4 tablespoons which is ridiculous and not cost effective. So, I have been using less and just getting use to less sweetness. I have not tried it for baking yet. It isn't as cheap as my generic equal ( $1 for a box of 50 packets at the 99¢ store), but it is worth the cost since it is not toxic and has no calories.I will say that if you plan to switch to this, the Now foods 2.5lbs for $19 (free shipping with prime) is a better price per ounce and the same quality.

Almost Like Sugar
I'm cutting back on sugar and Wholesome Organic's Erythritol is as close to the real thing as I've found. It can be use 1:1 just like sugar. The only difference in flavor I've found is that it has an oh so slight cooling sensation. It can also cause gas if overused. That and its price keep it from being a home run for me, but Wholesome Organic Zero Calorie Free is the best value I've found. It is Keto friendly, Organic, and non-GMO, but is sourced from corn grown in China.~ Kort

Excellent Sugar Substitute
I really like working with this sweetener. Not only does it look like granulated sugar, it acts like it in recipes, providing a sweet taste with zero calories. Measuring is easy: Just use a standard measuring spoon or cup. I make coconut/almond flour cookies with Zero, and they turn out great. Now it's claimed that Zero provides only 70% of the sweetness of sugar. Personally, I find that the product is quite sweet and I've never had to add extra to a recipe. I'd recommend a bit of experimentation if this is a concern to you. I also like that the product comes in a thick, resealable bag for convenient storage.Note: Many people choose this product because, unlike some sugar alcohols, erythritol is less likely to cause GI upset. I've not had any problems with the product, but I'd advise staying close to home the first time you try it, just to be safe. I have heard that this product can cause upset in some very sensitive people.

Not Sweet as Regular Sugar
This zero calories product does not as sweet as the regular sugar. You should put a lot in order to get it sweet as regular sugar. Not sure if it is organic and zero calories, so the product is not so sweet. Consider twice before you buy, if you want something healthy, and no calories. Then you can choose this one. But if you want favor, it is better to think about it.

I love this sugar
Okay, I do not like the after taste of most 0 cal type sweeteners. I also don't like things too sweet. I would normally use three quarters of a teaspoon of sugar for a large(17-20 oz) coffee and I use one teaspoon of zero. I don't detect any after taste. There is a slight cooling sensation on the tongue if you taste it plain. I use it for cinnamon toast 3 days a week and for coffee every day. We use this for a little sugar on strawberries and use it for baking. I have tried z-sweet and use it as it is cheaper, however, this is my favorite. It may be because they make this from sugar cane. I use the packets when traveling and eating out and keep this 12oz in a sugar dispenser next to the coffee pot.

Great and no after taste
I hate artificial sweeteners. While visiting my son and daughter-in-law, I used some of her sugar for my coffee. I did not realize that it was Wholesome Zero. It was amazing. It tastes just like sugar! Best of all, it does not have any after taste. None. I need to use a little bit more to get the same sweetness I like in my coffee, but this is truly a terrific product. I am pre-diabetic, and this product has helped me lower my A1C level by 4 points. I highly recommend it
