The taste is ok but the nutrition is great
I drink this from time to time as my body needs more protein due to pregnancy. I don't like the taste so I just mixed it with soy milk and drink it all quickly at the breakfast time.

I was very excited to try this particular brand!But oh my goodness the taste! SOOO bad!Not to mention the after taste!I managed/forced myself to have 2 shakesAfter that I just couldn’t.It’s a shame on a product like this
