It is in part flimsy and poor assembly ethos
I found the case esp the rear metalwork very thin and flimsy. Screws were thumb type - 3 of them to hold the vertical GPU... it appeared the cover plate was designed to allow the two thumb screws to be released without the cover plate but no way... not on this example anyway. The screws holding the supplied vertical GPU mount were very tight on one and the other just turned as I suspect a hole it drilled and a screw is just screwed in and it kind of cuts a thread. Seems this was either too big a hole or the screw was over tightened and stripped whatever thread it had cut. The screws also seemed to impact the installation of the PSU. In order to remount the gpu mount I had to find a slightly thicker screw. The front has two ARGB 200mm fans. Both lit up but only one spun. I swapped the connections on the built in controller but no joy. I contacted Thermaltake via email, and was told to take the fan out and send it to them with payment for the replacement that will be refunded when they get the defective fan. This is a new case and removing the front cover may cause damage as could unscrewing the fan. The issue could also be the controller as the board did not recognise it when TT RGB Plus Thermaltake software was installed so... strip that out too? I feel there is just too many variables as well as loss or damage in transit that could potentially lead to warranty refusal with this case. I hope it is just a one off "Friday" case... I really like the design, the compactness yet the ability to install a 240mm AIO and get really good cooling. Liked, and this was a deciding factor, that it had vertical GPU mounting option. Great design... little more attention to materials and build quality please Thermaltake.

Either Courier or Seller is selling defected items at full price. Beware
Received parcel with all the front cover stands all bashed up

The glass shatters VERY easily
I was a fan of the case until I slipped while putting the side panel back on and it shattered completely from a 1 inch drop onto my desk. I accepted the error was mine but I wish the glass panel fastened easier and more securely. The real problem I had was that Thermaltake couldn't find me a replacement panel for this case so I've had to purchase another case and this one is basically useless now.

Great case for medium size install
I got this case after my old one did not support a AIO cooler. Case has enough cable slots to pull cables through back panel. Contains Shroud to hide PSU. Magnetic mesh on top of case for easier cleaning. Two little flaws: RGB controller built in has flimsy connectors but can be easily fixed with superglue. It takes some wiggeling to get GPU into place especially if you have larger one like RTX 2070 or 2080. I personally like the GPU riser better.Although I got two different kinds of screws and it clearly states that large ones are for motherboard, only the smaller screws worked. There were sufficient numbers supplied.
