Seems to help me get a better night's sleep than most "sleep" supplements
Since starting to take this, I've been sleeping so well. Even though it is not a "sleep" supplement in the way that melatonin (which has never worked for me) and other products are, I think it may be working in that way because it is bringing the adrenal hormone into a better balance with my other hormones.I'm very much in agreement with the doctors, like Amy Myers and Prudence Hall, to name two, who believe that hormone balance is one of the most important keys to better health. I also believe that adrenal function is very often overlooked. The only way to know about your adrenal function, beyond how you feel, is to get a blood work panel that includes it. I had that done several years ago and my adrenal function was low. My doctor gave me supplements to remediate it and once all of my hormones were back in balance, including the adrenals, I felt and slept so much better. My experience with sleep is similar since taking this, so I'm really glad I found it.The product description lists those who would benefit from taking this and caffeine-drinkers are in the group. As someone who loves my morning cups of coffee, it's possible that this supplement really is offsetting that and is the reason for better sleep. It is expensive though, so that's a consideration. There are other supplements that contribute to better adrenal function that are not nearly as costly. But for now, this is working for me. Since I struggle a lot with sleep, getting the luxury of a solid night is worth it.

The Dosage is THREE PILLS!!
I should yave thought to look at the dosage, but THREE pills? What a rip-off! That makes it so much more expensive. Must have a lot of fillers!

Very high quality from a reputable Doctor, plus I’m glad to find this product that has ginseng
I have recently started taking ginseng extract, but it is difficult for me to take the extract because it is very strong. I was really happy to find this product which helps with stress and also includes a good dose of high-quality ginseng. It also has Ashwangha which has really helped me with mood. The Rhodiola in this is really helpful for the immune system.I have been taking a lot of various supplements from Amy Myers. Her products are very effective and extremely high quality.I take this in the morning with my other vitamins, not at night (mainly because the Vitamin C zooms me up). The recommended dose is 3 capsules, but I have only needed to take 2 and still feel a good effect. This is expensive, but for me I would rather pay a little more for something that is so effective and has really good, pure ingredients. This bottle lasts for 3-months, so I think this is actually a very good value at less than $20 per month.Definitely a 5-star product and very effective! I love Amy Myers supplements.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND DOESN'T HELP
This product is very overpriced... Also, since i started taking it i have severe interrupted sleep. I take in the morning but at night i have been waking up at 4:30am and cannot go back to sleep... I have not noticed anymore energy... Probably due to the lack of good quality sleep

Makes a difference in my life
First off let's grab the bull by the horns. People complain of the price. I agree the sticker price might shock you, but it is for a 60 day supply, which makes it a little over 30 a month, and that is comparative to other brands, but to me this one has more quality, as I can feel them working. The other issue is 3 pills a day. Yeah a bit much, especially if you are taking other meds and supplements. I started taking 2 in the morning and sometimes 1 in the afternoon. I found I didn't always need that afternoon capsule.Overall I feel better. I'm calmer and as my family says, I'm not as grumpy. I also sleep sounder without tossing and turning all night. So to me these are really working.

haven't hurt me...but who know if my adrenals are supported???
I have the hardest time writing reviews for supplements. Unless you get some sort of test before and after, how would you really know if they worked or not???So I'll tell you what I can. They did not give me any GI issues....no burping, gas, bad taste, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation. They're capsules and they go down easy but you have to take 3 a day! I found that absurd as I get all these vitamins and such from foods and other supplements and did not count on these to get all my vitamin C or such.At three a day the price is way too high. As I write this it's listing for over $60. As most of that is vitamins I can get elsewhere, it's crazy imho. Are my adrenals being supported?? How in the world would I know...? It hasn't hurt me if it does give them an edge, great.

Seems to be working
I don’t always do well with complexes like this, especially those containing Rhodiola. But this seems to be okay for me, so far. I LOVE Rhodiola but I always prefer to know the exact amount of that when it’s included, because I’m pretty sensitive to the dosage level on that herb. If I get too little or too much it does the opposite of what I need it to. And it changes a lot, so I like to control that by taking it individually. I already take that daily in the morning for a boost in energy, mood and ease of movement (life changing stuff!!).I see it’s way down on the ingredient list, so I don’t believe there’s much in there- which makes sense. So far, I am noticing some mild effects that are all positive. I believe I will have to take it a while longer to know for sure though. But definitely nothing negative! From what I can tell this is an excellent blend. I will report back with any relevant long-term findings.
