NOTHING like pistachios you get in the USA.... sorry.
If you've never had Pistachios from Turkey or Greece... you have NO IDEA what you're missing. I FILLED a suitcase with them when I took a trip to Greece... these are the next best thing. California Pistachio are chewy and meaty... but not in a good way. These are smaller, but crisp and light. AMazing. Ordering more Now!!!

Ridiculously Fresh Turkish Pistachios from The Nuttery
I've ordered Turkish Pistachios from several different companies on Amazon, but I must say that The Nuttery's were BY FAR the freshest and best tasting of ALL! They were shipped to me within a day of ordering, and I would swear that these were freshly roasted, just for me! Out of one pound of nuts, there were only 11 that were unopened, and they were so sweet and crunchy...just perfect. I highly recommend The Nuttery for all those who are "nuts for nuts"!

Never Again
My previous review was 100% favorable, the nuts were small, flavorful, perfect. I was so excited when the package came and as soon as I saw them I knew it was all wrong. Turkish pistachios are small, flavorful and can sometimes be a challenge to open but totally worth it. These are GIANT, overly roasted & obviously NOT Turkish but California. Outside of the overly roasted flavor they’re pretty tasteless. Extremely disappointed. Back to the drawing board.

I've had better but good sized ones
The positives are they are easy to open and have a comparatively speaking very high percentage opened adequately. I feel the ones I received were either a bit old or overcooked or possibly not enough salt? I can't pinpoint it. I just know I have recieved better tasting ones from another Turkish pistachio supplier available through Amazon. (Not sure if I should mention their name.)

Big, delicious, fresh pistachios
I'm very fussy about the quality of my pistachios. I want the Turkish Antep pistachios because they have more oil content and are much tastier than the dry and larger California pistachios. I read reviews for all of the Turkish Antep pistachios offered on Amazon. Even the best-rated ones got a lot of negative reviews, where people complained about the nuts being small, stale, or impossible to open. Shipping charges made an already expensive item even pricier. I did a Google search and found the Nuttery on my own--my Amazon search hadn't turned up this source (although I did one just now and the Nuttery did turn up). I took a leap of faith and am so pleased. These are absolutely the nuts you want to buy. They are really delicious, good-sized nuts and very fresh. I'm almost at the end of my first bag, and I have found very few nuts that I couldn't open. Unfortunately, free shipping was discontinued by the time I placed my second order.

"Antep" is always good. These are exceptional
"Antep" is always good. These are exceptional...this from a guy who used to visit Turkey regularly for the US Air Force. Crisp with the right amount of oil to accent that wonderful buttery flavor.

Real Good Pistachio Nuts
These are excellent quality. I am picky when it comes to pistachio nuts. I always buy Turkish nuts. These are so so good. The first bag didn't last long in my house. I purchased another and will be a repeat customer. I like my pistachio nuts extra salty so I add more salt to the bag and shake it up real good. Also I should mention the super lightning fast shipping. Like a day. or two. You won't go wrong purchasing these!

Love them
Love them ordered them several more times.Reminds me of the ones when you put a quarter in the machine and pistachios came out. Has that same good taste.Everyone I have recommended them to loves them and have ordered them. They also, make a great gift.
