Q: Would this work for an 8 year old?

Thank you for asking. Yes it will definitely work for an 8 year old. I had taken it to a birthday party and the 5 and 6 year old children loved it!

Q: can you use badminton shuttle cocks with these paddles?

The shuttle cocks that come with the set are feathered, unlike the badminton shuttle cocks. You can order additional shuttle cocks from FunSports. Not sure if the badminton will work.

Q: how many paddles can fit in the bag?

4 paddles can fit in the Jazzminton carry bag.
