Secure and safe fence panels
These brackets are not too bulky and do the job. They are best fitted on the reverse side of the fence as they can be screwed into the thicker structure of the wood. If they are fitted to the best side of the fence, the screws may go through the fence panel, leaving the pointed end of the screw protruding. This can be solved by using small nuts and bolts instead of the screws. My main reason for purchasing these was to keep the fence panels upright and to stop rattling when windy by securing to the adjacent panel. This they do, but it can then mean both panels rattle. I solved this by gluing strips of 20mm rubber along the inside of the bracket. When screwed in, these brackets hold the panels to the post very firmly. I think this would be a good improvement for this product. It adds to the cost, but replacing fencing is very expensive nowadays as I have found to my cost! Prolonging the life of the existing fencing is much cheaper!

Purchased these in preparation for the forthcoming storm due to got this week.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the brackets which seemed sturdy, but sufficiently flexible to be able to bend to fit around a problem post.Despite a lot of reviews stating the screws were poor quality mine seemed very good, so maybe they have listened and now supply better quality ones.Highly recommend.

Very good product
Does exactly as I wanted they secure every new fence panel to each other and I now think my new fencing is safe secure and doesn't rattle in the wind.

PEACE OF MIND
Just had some new fence panels erected at the front of the house. i really was worried they might be lifted out of the concrete posts and stolen. i sent for the security brackets and it didn't take me long before i had secured all the panels. With the panels being on a slope I had to reshape the brackets slightly with a little hammer persuasion. No problem, all went well. As I have a few brackets left over I am going to fix them to the larger fence panels down the garden, merely to stop them rattling when it's windy. The brackets come with screws and i think are very good value.
