I am pleased with this purchase. I like using my own pillow and didn't want a huge wonky pregnancy pillow to take up all the space in my bed. This comes with two half moon wedges and a weird bean shape pillow. I was skeptical. The bean is actually perfect to go between my knees. The two wedges are the perfect firmness and size. One goes under my belly and the other against my back, and they stay in place with the strip of fabric to connect them. The distance between the two is adjustable, or just use them not attached to each other. The two wedges have washable covers that unzip, the weird bean just unzips to reveal stuffing. I use this every single night. My dog hates it because she cant cuddle against my belly, my husband loves it because now the dog finally cuddles with him. I love it because I can finally wedge myself into a position that is comfortable and sleep until its time to get up to pee for the first of many times.

Product description says the filing is virgin polyester fiber, but the about section says "100% high elastic hollow cotton filling." I'm not entirely sure what it's filled with, but it sure feels like polyester.Like others commented, you probably won't want to remove the case from the smaller lumbar/knee pillow for washing, since the stuffing isn't inside of its own fabric. The description says both pillows and cases are machine washable, so it's probably not a problem; just put the whole thing in the wash.I like that the two side/back pillows are attached, so that one won't slide away in the middle of the night. It has a Velcro strip to keep one pillow attached to the fabric that connects the two, but it isn't truly adjustable. The Velcro will only stick to that one strip: there are no other strips to make it wider or narrower. So, if you want it narrower, you just have to wedge the pillows closer to your body, like you would any other pillow. At least they won't migrate TOO far apart while you sleep as long as they're still attached. But, if you need a WIDER gap between pillows, you'll have to detach them, which defeats the purpose of a special maternity pillow. If that's the case, why not just use two plain old pillows, as the pillows will move/shift while you sleep and need to be readjusted each time you roll over anyway?I got the Amazon warehouse price for this but, even with the discount, it didn't quite seem worth the money. It's not a bad product, I simply feel I could accomplish the same task with two normal pillows that I already have on hand.

I'm not an easy sleeper, I toss and turn all night. Being pregnant makes it even more difficult to get comfortable. I tried a single wedge pillow and it would catapult out from under my belly like it was in a slingshot. This is a GREAT solution!! I love the support for my belly and my back at the same time, and it's attached so it doesn't move when I flip sides!!! AND the best part is that the attached piece has velcro so you can lengthen it and the pillows can "grow with you" as you get bigger!! The extra "bean" part is worthless in my opinion, it gets lost in the night. But I don't need it, this pillow is great without it. Highly recommend!!

It is too hard and uncomfortable.

Doesn’t provide support, the velcro doesn’t stay on and the 2 halves just separate. Also doesn’t provide support to lower pregnancy belly, invest in U shaped pillow.

First time I tried this pillow I almost cried because I’m never comfortable lying down (until I used this) and it’s so tiring to not get good sleep. This pillow is perfect for 2nd and 3rd trimester use when your belly is heavy and pulls on your back. The third smaller pillow is perfect for extra back support and just finding a comfortable side sleeping position. If you’re pregnant or you know someone who is love yourself or your partner and BUY THEM THIS!!!! It’s my favorite pregnancy purchase. Buy it. Do it.

I was not happy with my first pillow big and very uncomfortable so I decided to give this a chance what can be wrong. But I must say this is incredible helpful, very comfortable you can use your own pillow and you can use it throughout your pregnancy, just buy it! You never gonna regret it…

This was the best pregnancy pillow I could find to help support my back. However it did have issues. Maybe someone who weighs less than 200lbs might not have this problem but for me the Velcro was too weak and would slip down thru the night or detach when I tossed and turned. It also scratched me and so I flipped it upside down so it wouldn’t any more but that seemed to make it detach easier. However having velcro to separate the 2 did come in handy late in pregnancy to be easy to get outta bed the multiple times a night to use the bathroom. The optional little pillow is a nice additional wedge and I still use postpartum for back support now.Overall I would still rate this better than the giant (not as giant as needed) pregnancy pillows but wish they would design the Velcro to be stronger and with maybe a cover flap. And as others have mentioned the little wedge needs an inner cover like the larger pieces have for washing.

I was surprised how much I liked this pillow! I had a bigger pregnancy pillow before, but it was almost too big for me. I’ve only used this one for one night, but I slept good so that’s a plus!

Grâce à ce format de coussin de grossesse, j’ai pu de nouveau dormir.Ce système maintient bien le ventre et permet de se retourner dans la nuit sans devoir embarquer une grosse masse avec soi :D

Lo usa sobre todo para dormir por la noche y le ha ayudado un montón, a mi me parece que el velcro se despega un poco fácil, pero por lo demás esta muy bien

Avevo dei dubbi se acquistare qualcosa che sarebbe stato utile per un periodo limitato o che pensavo potesse essere sostituito da un normale cuscino. Arrivata al termine del 5 mese e dopo due notti di tentativi fallimentari ho deciso di acquistarlo. Sostiene perfettamente sia pancia che schiena consentendoti di dormire sul lato di vostra consuetudine. Il cuscino aggiuntivo è utilissimo all’occorrenza per ulteriore sostegno sotto la pancia o per lazona lombare. Il cuscino ha delle dimensioni contenute, facilmente sfoderabile e lavabile, il costo è dimezzato rispetto ad altri, di stessa tipologia, più pubblicizzati. Se avete dubbi…compratelo! (anche prima della fine del 5 mese) 😅
