Wires are tiny, but they are copper
Kinda small wires. They separate out of the ribbon pretty easily, too, so go light when you are splitting up the ribbon. At least you can cut these leads and solder to the wires. Try that with those scummy aluminum craprods. I know where to get more jumpers when I need them.

Wrong cables sent, but usable anyway
Bought these to connect a TI MSP430 board to some USB breakout boards and a Bluetooth board for a wireless DRO. I wanted to minimize soldering on the small boards and figured the female-to-female cables would be perfect to connect everything. Not so much. I was sent female-by-*male* cables instead. Made lemonade by clipping the male ends off and soldering those ends to the breakout boards, and everything is working.Three stars for sending the wrong cables, but the cables themselves are good quality, inexpensive, and are doing what I needed them to do, just with more soldering than I'd planned.

Hobby electronics wires
Great for raspberry pi projects. I tear them apart in groups of the number of conduits I need which is handy compared to dozens of individual wires. And the price is nice.
