I bought Estroven because the reviews said it helped with menopause hot flashes and so far it is working for me. I was getting embarrassing flashes every 30 minutes throughout the day and couldn’t sleep for night sweats. After about a week of taking Estroven the flashes reduced to 2 or 3 a day and are very mild and I am not having night sweats at all. I’m not sure if this is a permanent fix but I’m grateful for the relief right now!

The box was open!!
I purchased it due to many excellent reviews however it didn’t work with me and I start having miserable sleeps and plus nightmares! 3 nights in a row from day one I start using it. Is this original ?? I definitely think there is something not right about this supplement.

Menopause Relief
I disliked nothing about this product. Its packaging is easy to understand and the tablets are in an encasing easy to dispense. I started feeling good about myself in two weeks. I also included more plant based foods in my diet. I am waiting for the 28days to be complete. I would buy it again.
