Item not charging , poor quality
Given many issues users do report online and on Amazon reviews, some used items are returned and then delivered as new. Care to check if your piece is charging, if it is charging beyond 10-20%, whether rotation is too loose, any visible wear and tear such as rubbed off surface and scratches (it is glossy as mirror when new). Other technical issue is that it does not calibrate accurately, there is always 15-25 degree misrepresentation on the screen from Cube's actual position. Fun idea, but well overpriced given its numerous issues and short lifespan.

Huge charging issue complains
I just bought it, and it is not charging. I tried to connect it while on adapter, it still shows 21% charge, Once I remove it from charger, the cube is going off and application crashes. I’m so disappointed right now.Proof: Just go to YouTube, search “GoCube Charging Issue” and you will see yourself the complains. Also, read the comments below the videos.
