Perfect for re-cedaring a hope chest! My antique cedar chest had lost its scent and the item totally restored the cedar smell. Easy to use, just wipe on and close lid.

I wiped a coat of oil on a cedar block and it had very little smell that's were I should have stop. I gave the oil a second chance I don't know why but I did so I brushed it on both sides with a paint brush hung them up to dry, there is a faint oater of cedar it wasn't worth my time or money. I might return the 1/2 full bottle see what they say if I gave them a bad check they would return it. The oil might be good but there is no cedar smell

I used this on a cedar chest I’m redoing.its one of the last chests made by Lane so the cedar layer is thin. Tried to restore the cedar fragrance and there was little to know smell in the oil. I was very disappointed. I think I’ll need a couple more coats. Thought the oil would work better than it did.

This does not smell of cedar at all. It has a weird synthetic smell to it.

When I opened the bottle of cedar oil it had little if any smell. I used a cloth and rubbed it on the wood and still barely any smell at all. Came back later to check if I could smell it and is just extremely weak. Not worth the money.
