This toy is great. It's on the pricey side but it's worth the extra money to know you're not purchasing something destined for landfill after a week of use. It's a pretty complex toy; I have to admit to watching a video tutorial on how to do it as the instructions were a bit difficult to follow. It's recommended 8+, however, my 4 y/o (going on 5) loves it and, after I showed him a couple of times, he was fully transforming it by himself. Never underestimate your kids!Pros:Super durable. Has survived the wrath of my 1 y/o daughter for well over a month.Awesome design, especially if you're a fan of the original character designs.Very poseable, although, it does make you just want to display it on a shelf and never let your kids play with it.Cons:Despite its durability, some of the smaller pieces do become a bit loose/wiggly after several uses. But, hey, my kid transforms this thing almost daily so this doesn't come as much of a surprise. Again, it's still in one piece which is pretty impressive given the combined destructive power of my two children.Having been a Transformers fan when I was a kid, I have a tough time sharing this with my son. I'll probably just end up buying another for myself.

Pricey, but the kid loved it, so I am happy. It was in very good condition and arrived promptly.
