Just like African "Sadza" (aka "Ugali")
I absolutely LOVE this product. Before finding it, I had been looking for African-type white maize-meal in India but couldn't find anything to my satisfaction. I bought this product as a substitute. It turned out almost EXACTLY like my favorite African "Sadza" aka "Ugali" (see attached image). I am now a regular customer, despite its price-tag. I wish cheaper options were available, but until they are, this is my go-to.It takes some practice, but to achieve just the right consistency as per one's preference, one has to adjust the water, cooking time and settling-time after cooking.
