Great starter Mace Bell
I bought this 7 lbs Mace Bell as a beginner to learn mace swinging, and it has been an excellent starting point. The weight is perfect for newcomers; it's light enough that I don't worry about injuring myself by dropping it or hitting myself as I might with heavier, 20-30 lbs maces.Even though I've outgrown the weight as I've become more proficient, I still find it valuable when learning new motions or techniques. I love swinging this mace and appreciate its role in my training progression. It's a great tool for anyone starting their journey with mace training and looking to build skill without the intimidation of heavier weights.

this is a great beginner Macebell
the mace bell arrived very well packaged and without a scratch on it. The mace is well-balanced and perfectly knurled. the Knureling is just deep enough to grip well but not bite! this is now my favorite workout tool. the impact on your workout is amazing the 360 and 10 to 2 exercises give an interesting reframing of your body by working the transverse plane of motion. the mace being loaded on one end allows for the use of leverage to have the full effect of the load in motion of the transverse plane giving you an amazing change to your normal workouts.

Arrived broken
Seems like a good mace but showed up with the end cap broken off. Not the biggest issue but I haven't had this problem with any of the other brands and shipping was more expensive than I would have liked. The mace was about a foot shorter than my retrospec 10lb maces. Good if you are on the shorter side i would imagine but I like the longer lever. The knurling was good but I miss the separation that indicates hand placement. It makes it a little harder to find the right position when doing single hand changes. 3/5-- seems about right but could be better

Great for beginners.
I bought one of these and a 10 pounder which has a longer handle. The shorter handle and lighter weight of this 7 pounder is great for beginners.
