I underestimated this Massage Ball, and they made me pay for it—in the best way possible. This orb may look innocent, but it's a deep tissue overachiever. It's perfect because when on different parts of the body, it hits a slightly different level of “oh wow, that’s tender” to “WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF.” Hamstrings? Obliterated. Calves? Released. Quads? Filing a formal apology to me. I love that it's multi-directional, so I can roll, lean, wiggle, and negotiate with my muscles until they finally give in and relax. It's firm enough to actually work (unlike some squishy massage tools that just politely exist) and small enough to throw in a gym bag or keep by the couch for post-workout recovery… or post-existing recovery. Perfect for: * People who work out * People who sit too much * People who slept “wrong” * People whose muscles hold grudges Painful? Yes. Effective? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%. These orbs don’t mess around—and neither should your muscle recovery. 💪

大きめサイズのマッサージボールが欲しくて購入。 色もかわいく、軽くてサイズも良かったのですが、箱から出したら既に傷がついていました。箱に隠れていた部分なので郵送によってではなく最初からだと思います。 海外製品はこういうところがたまに残念です。使用には差し支えないのでこのまま使いますが… でもやっぱり、品物の傷について消費者側が割を食うのは悲しい

Per chi pratica sport e si allena intensamente questo oggetto migliorerà e non poco il recupero e vi aiuterà ad alleviare contratture e sopratutto a prevenire altre conseguenze del training. Assolutamente consigliata.
