The cards have a list of facts about each item or person. The last clue is always the initials. They are meant to be read in order to the group and anyone can shout out the answer when they think they know it. For example: answer is Hilary Clinton. I think it's 6-8 pieces.  When I last played in Sept. it was a large group of us (12) so we broke up in teams of husbands and wives for the 6 playing pieces. It's a fun game.
