One of the four bottons doesnt work. (Green) can I get an extra?

Out of the box...my green button doesn't work. I think they're counting on no one sending back all four because of one dud. Must be how they keep the price so low. Sad way to do business.

How sensitive is the button, can it be pressed without much pressure or does it require some degree of force?

It does require a little bit of pressure (you can't just lightly brush it), but my students with physical disabilities have all learned how to activate the button as long as it's on a solid surface.

What size tiny screwdriver do you need to open the battery compartment?

I used a 3/16" screwdriver. I had to position it in the screw, press down firmly and turn. It worked, but I really needed a smaller one. Also, it wasn't super evident when I'd loosened the screw enough because the screw didn't pop up out of the hole. I had to try the "flap" to see if it would open.

What size batteries does it take?
