Item received as promised with the pump included. I am using it now and so far so good. Very good quality. I am on the computer for over 12 hours a day and I also have had low back pain. The disc 'encourages' me to sit up straight which will hopefully improve my posture. It arrived inflated to about two inches and I added air for comfort. So far no leaks and all is well. Very smart purchase

I got this for my recent rescue, an 18 month old Belgian Malinois, to do some conditioning work with her as she has been left in a kennel for nearly her whole life. I worry about the risk of injury doing long walks, hikes and other outdoor activities so I wanted to work on exercising her muscles in a controlled environment using balance discs or balls when I landed on this one! It was nearly ready right out of the box! I just pumped a little more air in it and was able to start using it! It is clearly very durable. It exceeded my expectations as it is one of the most affordable balance discs I saw. It is a great size for my medium sized dog to put her paws up on. It is a great way to exercise those muscles indoors with minimal strain! It comes with a handy little portable pump too for your convenience!
