This book seems more of a diary than an actual guide. Don't expect to learn much. The author seems to enjoy sharing his past projects, which is fine, but you won't learn anything useful from it.

I expected a book with more wight on engineering principles and rigor. Nevertheless, the book is a good introduction to mechanical design and should inspire many readers to start design projects

Le livre est assez bref et il discute de beaucoup d'aspect de la construction mécanique. Il manque néanmoins de précisions, de détails, de ce qui fait la différence entre un bricolage approximatif et une construction fiable. Plaisant à lire.
