Heelbo Heel and Elbow Protectors, Medium, Blue

I have about 5 of these that I wear to protect my elbow bone which constantly get sore and tender from manual yard work. The only problem I have is the sizing can be different depending on seller you purchase from. Sizing is not listed on the protector itself. So you are going by the packaging. You may order a medium and the packaging may say medium, but the actual size may be a small.

i ordered a medium based on the manufacturer's sizing , I recently have been diagnosed with Ulnar neuropathy at the cubital tunnel , and my neurologist advised me to buy heelbo to protect my elbwo when i drive, the item arrived i put it on and it was extremely tight on the top and bottom areas, it left marks very quickly so obviously i cannot wear something that cuts my blood circulation while i m already suffering from neuropathy, i did some research and i found out that it is based on Chinese sizing so a medium is a 2x, i filed for return since there is no exchange, well, it was approved but i m suppose to pay shipping, this is crazy since the seller doesn't inform the customer that the sizing is wrong, to be clear, a medium will fit a 4 year old's arm

Size medium too tight. I should have returned it.

I've been using these compression wraps with castor oil while I sleep. It seems to be helping my sore elbows.

Very good for what it is used for. Helps with my elbow pintch nerve.
