Quiet and effective. Nice featuress.
Features: good. The humidity level this operates at is programmable, in 5% relative humidity steps, with a good feature. (My last dehumidifier was fixed at 50%, and as soon as it sensed 51% it would turn on briefly, then turn back off at 50% As a result it would constantly turn on then off almost instantly, every minute or 2.) This one, if set to 50% will turn on at 53%, and then will turn off at 47%. So this one comes on, runs for a while, turns off and then stays off. Also the sensor is responsive. I got out the shower and in about 30 seconds the displayed humidity rose from 51% to 74%. Effectiveness: good. In the first day of use it collected 1.5L of water. My last one took a week to do this. The only downside of this is the tank is only 2L. I will drill a hole in the bathroom wall and run a drain pipe outside. Noise: it’s quieter than the last one, despite being a compressor type, not one of those ‘electric thingy’ type. It is in my shower room, about 4 feet from my bed, on the other side of a door, and I can hardly hear it. It’s not loud enough to keep me awake, or wake me up if it cycles on. Price: high. Value for money. Good. You get what you pay for. Critical comments. The power cord is far too short. It needs to be 2 to 3 times longer to be practical. The supped drain pipe is bin food. Not bad enough to be problems, but be aware. You will need an extension cable, and if you want to use the drain instead of the tank you will need to buy a drain pipe. The one I got said ‘WiFi’ on the box, with a big tick, and model is 12LWF. I assume the 12L is 12 litres and the ‘WF’ is for ‘WiFi.” It also has a WiFi logo on the control panel with a little dot next to it for a light. I can not get it to enter paring mode. The instructions just say ‘activate the WiFi function.’ OK. HOW DO I DO THAT? It’s like the person who wrote the instructions did not know so just said ‘turn it on’ without saying how to ‘turn it on.’ Edit I have had this for almost 2 months. Winter. Cold months. I drilled a hole thought the wall, and it now drains onto my balcony. No more daily tank emptying. I leave it on ‘night mode’ all the time. My entire flat no longer has damp windows. The toilet cistern is no longer dripping condensation onto the floor. The towel in my shower room is dry the next morning. I am my own landlord, so it is up to me to sort out my own damp issues. I did. I bought this.

Good but not the best at the price.
It is a good looking machine and we like the clear colour display for the humidity levels. Overall a good machine and fairly good value. Seems to be sensitive to the humidity and is quick to reduce it. It's fairly quiet, although maybe not quiet enough to sleep by; that's a personal preference. The water tank is not that easy to remove to empty, it has no handle to carry it by and no indication of how full it is until it gives the full alarm at which point it is very full. (After living with this for a while now we have to say it is a great dehumidifier, however the tank is not the easiest to empty even with practice.)

A good little dehumidifier
It’s works well in a small house. Probably not powerful enough for anything larger than a 2 bedroom property. Easy enough to use and although it makes a noise, it is not intrusive. And it’s WiFi so you can operate it remotely

Great for drying laundry
I'm really pleased with this. We were looking for something to help dry clothes in winter months, and this is working exactly as we'd hoped. We put it in a small room with the doors and windows closed, set it to target 35% humidity and within about 5 or 6 hours it's dry and for far less cost than running a tumble drier. The unit itself is compact and about as loud as a pedestal fan. I would prefer a larger water tank, but this one manages with one empty per washing load (our washer is 8kg). We don't use it as an air filter or for general dehumidification, I'm not sure how well ithe small water collection tank would do if you're looking to use it for a flat or small house (it's probably underpowered for much more than that). It would probably need regular emptying. Although it's auto shut off when full and inoffensive alarm means this probably wouldn't be too much of an issue. Bottom line? Good value for money, study compact build quality and works great for laundry.

Good value and easy to use. Great product
Very easy to set up and use. Easy to empty water out. Not noisy in my opinion. It helps dry clothes much faster in winter. I started using it in November for a room that was always 3C colder than the rest of the flat. Within hours of turning it on, it was at the same temperature. The filter is easy to clean with the vacuum cleaner. Good value.

A great buy
Excellent results from this compact dehumidifier. I can't believe how much moisture it removes from the air, and the positive impact it has had on how much warmer the house feels. It is easy to move around from room to room on the same level, however it is a bit heavy for moving from one level to another. It does not have a handle; you have to lift the unit by supporting it at the bottom. Overall, I'm very pleased with it and would recommend.
