How long does it spin for after string pull?

Depends on how hard you pull the string without breaking the string. It can spin for about 30 seconds or so would be my best guess.

Is Vertical Outer ring welded properly or has gap which produces vibration and noise at high speed?

The vertical outer ring is not welded together, and it does make a loud noise at high speeds. However, the small gap makes it easier to fix if the spinning piece falls out.

Does it come with the stand

Yes it does. It is black, not red.

Does the gyroscope include the string ?

Yes, the string is included, but any strong, thin string would work. What is disappointing to me is the quality of the construction which is not at a par with similar gyroscopes manufactured in the past. The gyroscope I received works, but barely, and has an unstable vibration that greatly diminishes the spinning time and strength of the gyroscopic effect. The frame that encircles the spinning wheel has a break in it, supposedly for stability adjustment, but the fact is the precision and quality reflect the low price.
