I made sure I ordered the Large size, it does come in a medium size, but that does not have a front pocket, so I know I got the correct size.The issue i have is when I watch the video the bag is filled with 13 items, including a few larger things. However my bag just does not hold that amount, i have only been able to get in about 9 items in it and a whole lot smaller than the ones in the video. The bag then becomes too packed out, so much so, that when you unzip the front pouch everything nearly falls out. Every time I look at the video the bag looks much bigger than the one supplied. See my pictures, which do not include a small travel suncream top-up bottle!, there is no way i could get that into the bag. I will still take this on holiday and test it out, but my feeling is if you literally want to get a few tiny items then it might be fine, but if you need just a few more, then i am not sure this bag could cope. The main pocket has another zipped pocket within it which would take my wallet, so it was very secure. The bumbag also has another zipped pocket on the back (that goes against your body) which was big enough to take 2 passports and additional documentation. Realistically you have to take the bag off to open this back pocket so again very secure.
