Great value for the money!
The machine is great, only complaint will for the hose connection to the dispenser fittings, you will need a heat gun(not a hair dryer!😂) to stretch the hoses to fit the fittings, I installed a 5 year filter, the flavor of the water is good most of the time. I'm just about to buy more machines as a present for family members. Happy holidays!🧑🎄

Over price for poor product.
Very poor product so I did not want to use it at all. Too expensive for the poor product.

No customer support no instructions for use
No customer support whatsoever, no instructions for use, only instructions to hookup & diagram shows how to hookup using prefilters (which isn't even an option when purchasing), so diagram should show how to hookup what comes in box ONLY. I have no idea what or where to get filter when time comes. It doesn't even have instructions on that either. I'm highly dissatisfied & spent way too much on it for there to be no customer support which I assume means 1 yr warranty is false advertisement since no customer support. It'll definitely be my first & last purchase with this kinda pricetag. Thought with it being shipped from Amazon that I wouldn't have to worry so much, WRONG!!!

Top quality for a fraction of the cost, Love it
Absolutely love it. Machines this high of quality run $1,500-$5,000 paid a fraction of that. With the 11 platinum plated electrodes it delivers the best healthy alkaline water -800 ORPS. There are cheaper machines out there but not as high of quality, a lot of bang for the buck.

This item claims to produce alkaline water but a litmus test disproves the claim.

Works great and an amazing value.
We've been using this ionizer for the past year. It has functioned flawlessly. Once I contacted support and received an intelligent, helpful response within 24 hours. Plumbing is as simple as installing an ice maker in a fridge. PROS: * Amazing value. * Reliable operation. * Easy installation. * Responsive support. CONS: * Included water filter is cheap. (I use an external filter.) * pH values on LCD display are not accurate. (ORP isn't directly related to pH anyway.) * It eliminates the unwanted anionized molecules in a separate waste water stream. (Machines without waste water run $2K+.)
