AVS has great products. The Bug Deflector 2 is no exception. It fits my work van perfectly. Now I won’t have to worry about rocks chipping the finish away on the hood. Things I like, it’s a great fit. The installation video in the Amazon product pictures is well worth the watch several times to get the sequence for installation down. It fastens to the van nicely. I like the color and how it adds to the visual appeal of the van. On the con side, pay attention to the product when it arrives. The first one I received was cracked. The packaging had no damage and I didn’t damage the deflector. You couldn’t see the crack through the protective plastic either. So check the deflector prior to installing. Also worth mentioning is the video on the Amazon site is not for THIS specific model, the 25707. There are no clips to install like the one in the Amazon installation video. Just screws to install into the bottom of the hood. Pre-drilling the holes for the sheet metal screws is a great idea. Just don’t drill all the way through the hood to the outside. By the way, Amazon refunded me the original purchase after I returned it. No issues. So don’t throw away the packaging until you KNOW it works.

We ordered this for our 2015 Chevy Van because that model of van is prone to paint peeling, and we hope this will help protect it. The Bugflector arrived quickly and undamaged. Upon removing it from the box, I was pleased with how sturdy it was. My husband wasn't home, so I installed it myself. The installation was simple and took less than 20 minutes (and that included reading the instructions which I'm sure my husband wouldn't have done--LOL). We chose to use only the adhesive stickers provided, not the optional screws. So, no drilling required. After 15,000 miles and a hot Oklahoma summer, it still looks great and shows no signs of coming loose. Our van looks great, there are fewer bugs on the windshield, and no additional paint peeling as of yet, so we're giving the Bugflector 5 stars. Great product. Great price.

It was a ten minute install and covered all the chipping paint. I got the van used so it was already a mess. This covered it right up and makes it look so much better. Hopefully it will also prevent further paint damage.

This Shield fits my chevy express perfectly. It has also been great for keeping my windshield relatively clean. It also keeps my van hood from getting paint chips from debris flying up off the road. I am pleased with my purchase.

I drive past a lot of farm land and was getting a lot of bug splatter over the windshield. This install was pretty easy and is very sturdy. It's cut down on bugs about 85%.

Fit was spot on the installation was a breeze.

I got this for my 2016 Express Van. Fit is great & it looks good. Easy install too. My only suggestion is when installing, measure & mark the center well before pulling the tape cover. And an extra pair of hands is recommended. I did mine by myself & I think I may have stuck it slightly off center. Not enough to really notice, but I see it.

Fit exactly as expected and the install was very easy

Mine was installed with double sided tape under the hood and it has been ok so far. Does it actually deflect many bugs? I don't know, still had tons of dead bugs on my hood. Maybe most of them ended up on my windshield rather than the hood? The deflector looks good anyway.

Well made, good quality and, doing a dry fit, fits perfectly on my 2007 Roadtrek Express RV. Will do a final installation, including adding "drip holes" along the bottom. Worth the price.
