I am going to the gym 5 times a week + 1-2 afternoon football, so I'm trying to make sure that everything is there nutrition wise that my body needs. I take a bunch of food supplements including: Pure95 protein isolate, 42Nu digestive enzymes, NOW betadine HCI (protein digestive enzymes), NutraVita bio cultures, #RAW ecdy, Nu U Omega 3 fish oil, Nu U turmeric... and Solgar Male Multiples. Just run out of my male multiples 2 weeks ago, and that's when I recognised they worth more than the rest of my supplements all together. My progress in the gym slow down big time. Ordered 2 x 120 tablets, arrived today. Compares to my previous pack: - They don't smell like a dead fox anymore, recipe is updated I guess (my colleagues in the office used to moan about the previous one... like I care) - change in shape, now it's flat and easy to swallow Not sure if it still affects sleeping if you're taking them late, I wouldn't take it after 6pm to stay on the safe side. I am very happy with this product. Gives me energy and my progress in the gym is much better with them.
