High quality product, and very useful. Not only does it keep all spell details at my fingertips (though the cards do contain a couple of misprints), but it's a great way for me to easily review what spell options I have apart from my "standard selection" (which had gotten to be all I ever prepared). The lack of domain spells in this box is either an oversight or a blatant money grab, but I just bought the arcane ones also, figuring I would likely play a wizard or a sorcerer at some point...

Bought these to support my characters but my wife ended up using them the most with her current Cleric. The cards are well made and we have no complaints. On more complex spells the type can be a little small. However, my eyes are getting older so small print is a thing. My reading glasses make it nice and clear.If you run a Cleric in your campaigns, you need these cards. Makes it easier and more enjoyable to play a Cleric. Next time a play a Wizard or any other spell casting character, I will be buying the matching set of cards.

I love these spell decks. A great tool for any player or DM that doesn't want to carry around a book or needs the PHB open to something else.The cards are laminated and thick, so they'll survive quite some time. They have all the information they would have in the book, although you might need to look carefully to see the "concentration" Icon.Otherwise, an excellent gift for anyone playing or running campaigns online or offline.

Excellent quality cards, seem like they will last a long time. They are a valuable time saver, as having them allows you to quickly access spells instead of flipping through the core rulebook.Took off 1 star for Gale Force Nine not including the domain spells that certain cleric builds can have access too. For example, a light domain cleric gets access to fireball, making that a cleric spell, but since it isn't on the standard cleric list, they did not include a card for it.

Standard size cards with a light laminate that should hold up forever since you never need to shuffle them. Much simpler than digging through the PHB over and over, but spell pages for the longer descriptions. Spell descriptions indicate all the relative information about casting time, range, requirements, and even concentration (with version 2).We take the ready spells and arrange them by level, then place glass beads that represent the amount of spell slots we have next to them, different colors for each levels. As we cast a spell, we move a bead, and after a long rest we replace them. Saves a lot of erasing, and we've all canged to this card/bead system. If you can afford all the niceties, this is definitely worth the small cost.

Good card stock quality and handy instead of looking through the spells section of the PHB to help your uncautious teammates with a spell or to pick out the spells prepared for the day.Note: some spell descriptions may not show the ENTIRE description and may leave you looking through the PHB after all.

Sturdy. Efficient. Handy.These cards are great. Before I got them my friends would keep telling me to read my spells since I would make small mistakes.With these I have easy access to all the information needed and they are super sturdy.

Here is my problem with these card sets, I want to play a stock Light cleric from the PHB, some of the domain spells borrow from other classes, do they include that in the core cleric cards, no they do not. So to play a stock light cleric and have cards I need to buy druid and wizard card decks. The cards are on a decent stock and are descriptive and colorful so no flipping through phb for description but just still frustrating. At least with 4th edition you could print out a sheet and make your own cards.

Just got these they seem pretty nice quality. Easy to use with the spell level printed on the back. The ones I have must be a newer version because it does list if the spell requires concentration on them and they have rounded corners. Two of the main gripes from previous reviews. Some of the spells do refer back to the PHB but only if there's a particularly complex effect from the spell. Everything else is pretty concise. It tells you the spell's school, casting time, range, component types and duration on the top of the card and lists the components and the spell effects below. Also includes the effects of the spell at higher levels.I'd say these are a must have for any game running a cleric as you just need to flick through the deck to see the spells you can memorise at each level rather than looking at the list in the PHB then trawling through the spell descriptions to find out what it does.

Mittlerweile gibt es aber auch für wenig Geld ein weiteres Kartenset, das genau diese Lücke schließt und alle Zauber enthält, die den Klerikern aufgrund ihrer Domäne zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehen - es handelt sich dabei um all jene, die im PHB aufgeführt sind.Zur Verarbeitung: Die Karten sind zwar dünn, aber stabil laminiert und machen einen durchaus haltbaren Eindruck. Mit entsprechenden Folienstiften kann man auch selbst noch Anmerkungen auf den Karten unterbringen, falls nötig.Die Karten heben sich durch ihr Design eindeutig von den anderen Spell Decks ab, sodass man sie getrost mischen und wieder trennen kann, ohne lange zu suchen.In unserer Runde werden die Spell Decks bereits voll genutzt und alle sind begeistert. Man spart sich viel Rumgesuche im PHB und hat einen handlichen, schnellen Überblick immer zur Hand. Ich würde die Spell Decks allgemein jedem Spellcaster ans Herz legen!
