I found this book through a Joe Vitale recommendation. Every time I use the enclosed script, I feel a very positive shift. I loved the Story about the Jewish prisoner in Wuppertal, who despite witnessing his beloved family be murdered by Nazi's he made a decision there to forgive and love everybody who was in his life, when the camp was liberated by the American's they thought he had only recently arrive, but actually had been there a long time. He was in such a good state of health despite living in exactly the same conditions as all the other in mates. So forgive, those who have hurt you, let go of anger, its the best anti ageing and anti illness treatment ever. The book is wonderful, I have recommended it to so many friends. The script is totally empowering! If you order anything from Amazon today order this book! Be happy, and forgive xxxx p.s and fall head over heels in love with yourself!

I gave this book only three stars. It was certainly useful when it first appeared. Emotional liberation through body/mind/spirit awareness was in its infancy. Reading this book today (December 2019) shows how far we have come since it was written. I found it interesting in an historical context .
