Perfect gift!
Omg this was the best gift I could give my nephew! He’s obsessed with planets and this hit the nail. He is absolutely obsessed with it. The images are so clear and perfect. Awesome product.

Amazing toy
We received today the projector and I can say it is the best toy I could ever buy. My niece is only two but she loved it since first moment. Of course she doesn't understand yet about planets, but she likes to see the different pictures with the bright colors and shapes and actually the one she likes the most is Saturn. About the product, it is well designed, perfect size for for babies hands, the handle is perfect for them to keep the projector around, the imaging is great! I never thought this could be so good. I am looking forward to buy the other set of discs for the baby. By the way, my sister loved the gift too. We live in Puerto Rico and we are dealing with ways to entertain my niece during power shortages ( the aftermath of two hurricanes hitting the Island in September) and this was a complete success. It will be great if you design more discs for this projector.

Great for any young space lover!
My son got this for his 2nd birthday and (almost 2 years later) he still loves it. It was been dropped so many times, but not one crack. Everytime his cousin comes over we have to turn off the lights and look at each disk. This little projector really sparkedy little ones interest in space. He'll be getting a telescope this year!

We love it & we want more slides!
My 3yo who knows all his planets, the dwarf planets, the moons of all the planets, & even some galaxies, LOVES this toy! It helps us transition to bedtime cuz he’s very excited to turn the light off & point it at the ceiling with me.My only gripe is I need MORE! More slides, more to add to this fun toy. We want bugs, animals, fish, vehicles, food, mythical creatures, cats, dogs, superheroes, etc. more please!!

What a brilliant idea!
My 3 (going on 4) daughter looooooves this projector. Only downside is that there are too few slides. We would totally pay more for additional slides (it doesn't even have to be space based). We turn off the lights in her room before bed and use the bedroom walls for the projection. Sometimes she just loves naming the pictures, other times, she'll giggle and try to block the projection and laugh at it moving around, and she loves being the one to control the projector too, so it's such a great idea. The quality of the pictures isn't professional, but surprisingly great for the cost of the thing. We've had a lot of success with Learning Resources science-oriented stuff and I'm so pleased that they keep coming out with new stuff. I totally wasn't paid for this review, but suspect I sound like it because I'm a huge fan. Please -- more slides and more science kits! Happy parent and child here. :)

Wicked cute! I haven't gifted it to the niece yet as I want to play with it a bit more (and her birthday hasn't come yet, I'm not a TOTAL monster!) - beautifully designed, simple and quite elegant - when was the last time that word was associated with a plastic children's toy, I wonder? The projections are clear and stunning, the gadget itself is solidly constructed. I was extra pleased by the intelligent packaging - whoever in this company designs their boxing/packing deserves a bonus as it was both ecological (no foam, only cardboard) and economical (just really, really, well designed, no wastage). This item deserves more than 5 stars!

Part of bedtime routine
My three year old Ioves this projector so much it’s become part of our bedtime routine for the last several months. Unfortunately my one year old got ahold of it and threw it and now it won’t work. I still give this five stars, just beware that it can break if you’re not careful. I agree with other reviewers that more slides of different content would be nice. Looks like I may be purchasing another one soon…

Fun while it lasted!
Kids loved it, but it was dropped and no longer works. It was great for the month they played with it.
