I took these vitamins together with my children. We had blood tests done before starting. After three months of use, our levels dropped instead of improving. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I seriously question the quality of this product and suspect it may be a counterfeit.

The zipper bagged's zip got removed after a week. Use a good quality packaging at least since it has tablets for almost a year.

These are small gel caps so they’re easy to swallow. My doc has me taking these as the quality is fantastic. I have some bone weakness so these are perfect. I take them at night. These are a great supplement for elderly . I am very happy with the size and quality.

If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the label print is a little small. I wish the dosage instructions stood out more clearly. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement that I plan to keep in my daily routine.
