Q: Can i just use the screws without wall anchors?

Depends on the wall material. I have Hardie Plank or cement board which needs the anchors. Had it been plywood or solid wood trim the screws alone should work. You might need to drill a pilot hole to keep from splitting the wood.

Q: Does it hold the P 24 2K indoor?

I don't know, but I have an outdoor solocam E40 and it is very sturdy and fits it well. I believe it has universal threads if that helps.

Q: Mine did not come with instructions. What size drill bit do u have to use???

you can pick a drill bit that covers the solid part of screw and not the threads.
