Capsule Connection Wholesale Bulk Empty Vegetable Capsules '00' Size, Vegan & Vegetarian (1000) resealable Bag

I have been purchasing these for the past 2 years. I've never had a problem with any of my orders...and all of them have (luckily) been through the same seller. The capsules fit in my 00 machine just fine. HOWEVER...if you live in a humid area (as I do), you need to store this in as dry a manner as possible. How do I accomplish this? I store them in glass containers that have good sealing tops. Mason jars that use the standard mason-jar top do NOT work for this. (Those only seal well when put in boiling water.) I use other lids that are a single piece and have a sealing round in the area that touches the very top of the jar. ALSO, whenever I buy a supplement or food-product that contains those silicon packets, I keep them and use them inside my jars. Those packets will absorb any moisture in the air inside the bottles and keep the capsules the size they should be. If you use plastic bags to store them, the capsules will absorb moisture and expand. That means, they won't fit well inside your capsule machine and cause issues with sticking inside the machine and not sealing the individual capsules. Whenever I receive an order, I immediately remove it from the plastic bag in which it arrived and transfer to my glass jars. Then, I add those silicon packets and seal them. Next, I wait a few days before using them to ensure that any moisture the capsules may have absorbed during storage and delivery to my home are removed. If I stick with this habit, I never have any problems when it comes to pill-making time. Hope this helps you, too.

No complaints here. I used tio use these back in the day when I was making my own health pills. The did the trick, no complaints.

Nice packaging, good quality product. Great value. These are pretty large (00), I was surprised as I expected them to be slightly smaller. Glad I purchased however because now I will be able to order a better size in the future.

I read the negative comments about these capsules and realized that those purchasers had definitely not received the same product I just did. My capsules arrived in a few days, in a sealed bag, have a Capsule Connection label (with Kosher spelled correctly), are clear and uniform, worked perfectly in the capsule-making machine and dissolved in a glass of water in less than an hour. However, I was concerned enough about all of the negative comments to email Capsule Connection who quickly replied that several months ago a company from China listed on Amazon their own inferior products as Capsule Connection. According to Capsule Connection, Amazon removed those listings but did not remove the negative comments. Although negative comments are obviously harmful to the company, to me they do serve to raise red flags in these situations and to alert us that if we receive something that isn't what we expected, we should definitely question it. Capsule Connection stated that their capsules are made in India, not China, and the company is confident of the quality and ingredients of their product.

These work well as long as they are sufficiently dry (this is a high humidity location). As long as I am careful to keep them dry enough, they don't swell up and jam the machine. I just wish the Drierite bags were also available through this supplier, because I find I need to put at least 3 one of them in the jar with the capsules and one can only get them from The Capsule Connection site, which charges much more for the capsules, plus shipping. Amazon pricing is better and with Prime, I get them promptly. The NOW brand capsules are more expensive and still have to be kept dry to work, so I am pleased with being able to get these at such a good price through Amazon.

This is my second bag of "00" veg caps. I'd already used the gel caps and wanted to see the difference. These are well worth the small price difference. There are far fewer duds. 4% of the gels were too warped to fill, and I tried to use minimal handling. With these veg caps, I waste less than 2%. One thing I noticed is that the veg caps are not as sensitive to humidity. It doesn't seem like 2-4% is significant, but when you have to stop the process of filling a rack of empty capsules, each dud is a waste of time.

These are a great deal and work great. They come as one piece and not apart like other sellers. They go down easy and don't have a bad after taste. They also are made well enough that they can hold gels or other powders like protein powder. For the price and amount you get I can afford to have a lifetime supply now!

This is my third time ordering, and they always are great quality capsules that for in my machine easily. I used to buy them at another store, and was tired of paying so much for inferior capsules that never fit in my machine quite right. As soon as I receive my capsules, I place them in a sealed container with a silica gel packet. Even so, the old ones were always too tight. These fit perfectly straight out of the bag they were shipped in!
