Versatile creamy quark
I have been watching my weight and after trying these, they have become part of my healthy eating regime. I have them for breakfast and as a snack with fruit. They have 18g of protein per pot, fat free and low in sugar.

Great for keto/low carb
Perfect for a keto diet, I have one every evening with a couple of strawberries. Delicious and tastes exactly like any strawberry yoghurt I've ever had before.

Love all these range of yogurts apart from one flavour. Greek style so really thick. I would recommend giving them a good stir.

Not very creamy
I had high hopes for the Lindahls Kvarg Yoghurt, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The texture wasn’t very creamy and didn’t taste as smooth as I was hoping for.The raspberry flavor was decent, but the overall experience just felt a bit underwhelming. If you’re looking for a rich and creamy yogurt, this one might not be the best choice. Unfortunately, it’s not something I’d buy again.
