Workin' on that attitude of gratitude....
Last year, now nearly a year ago, when I left the office on Friday with my laptop, you know, just in case.....I never dreamed that I would not be back for over a year. This book was a real find for me. I have tried to "up" my gratitude game since that time. Figuring, it is hard to bitter if I am being grateful.I was excited to see Joree had a book coming out. I work in a town close by and had taken a lunchtime class on mindfulness several years ago and took advantage of several of her online training classes and just loved her style. Humorous, authentic, real.This book is a find. A daily dose of a little positivity and gratitude. Some days it will be a quote to think about, sometimes a thought to mull over or an affirmation. I find it really helpful and I have it at my bedside to read before I head into my day.I find myself a bit more in tune when I'm focusing on being grateful, and have felt in a year full of change, fear, anxiety and stress that I am grateful for so much. My friends, my family, my coworkers, my health, being able to go out in smoke free air, having a home, being able to exercise and have lunch with my hubby, and see my cat all day, even if she thinks all of my calls at work need a cat's loud opinion (well, I do suppose that is why we have mute buttons).This book is a something we call use and many of us really need right now.Overall, I only have kudos for the book, I love it, I love the size of it and will be perfect to send in a care-package as well.Thanks, Joree for giving us a book that we really needed right now!

Gratitude and Mindfulness in one book! Hooray!
This is a comprehensive lovely book about making a true year of gratitude for yourself! Amazing! Who doesn’t need little prompts to remind yourself how wonderful you are, how good life can be by doing small things like giving someone a compliment or sharing a “couldn’t do this without you” moment to someone who has made your life better in some way? For everyone , any age... it’s a joyful book- joy filled! Go run to your nearest bookseller and get a copy and see how awesome your days will become! It’s already focused me and has me looking forward to more insight ( about myself and others) as the year progresses.

You’ll not own a more worthy book!
Superior ‘mindfulness’ book as a guide to a healthier mindset during these extraordinarily negative times! This book will lift your spirits and empower you to feel more alive inwardly and survive! The best Doctor is ‘You’ and without hesitation I suggest this well written guide will enable you be healthier!

Grateful to have this book!
A Year of Gratitude is a fun, vibrant book that provides mindfulness practices and activities to be grateful for every day of the year! The daily entries are straight-forward and insightful. I like that each day is something unique and you don't necessarily have to follow it chronologically. It's a book you can keep forever and randomly pick a page to reflect on at the beginning, middle, or end of your day!

There's A LOT of Wisdom in this Little Book
I love that this book refers to a daily thought of gratitude that spans 365 days of the year. It's a book that will keep on giving year after year and serve as a reminder to stay in touch with our feelings and emotions and take charge of each day with Gratitude. Special thanks to the author... I'm thrilled with my purchase!

Can’t say enough good things about this book!
I was so excited to pre-order this book! When it finally came, it was even better than I anticipated. Joree’s daily thoughts are so inspirational. I love how it’s not just quotes and sayings, but actions you can take and incorporate into your life!

Great daily mental health moment
My family and I are really enjoying this book. Each day has a little activity, quote or piece of advice, and it’s fun to open it every day. It’s very practical and easy to incorporate the daily moment.

Tools for Gratitude in your daily life!
Love this book Joree wrote! Reading the daily gratitude makes me more mindful and grateful throughout the day. Using her tools for a more mindful year ahead. Highly recommend this positive and uplifting book.
