If did not remove the hair at all
First thing the charger that it comes with, the adapter is not for the US. It is for a different country. So you have to go buy a charger for it. Second, the thread that it comes with it is very harsh and hurts your face, so then you hav to buy new soft thread. Last thing it does not remove the hair at all. I thought maybe the problem is from the thread, but is wasn’t because I used so many different types of thread, neither of them worked. It’s the actual machine that is poor quality that doesn’t work

It’s ok
It works for what I needed it for but the light is super dim. It’s also easy to hit the button on mistake and grab a hold of your eyebrow and rip half of them off. Dont ask.

Easy to use
The product is very easy to use and removes essentially 90% of the hair that I am wanting removed. It is utterly painless as well which is a complete bonus.

I like it it’s easy to use painful a little bit but helps with removing unwanted hair for a long time changing it is easy and allow me to take it in my travel even to Europe cause they have different electricity
