Excellent value for money
The media could not be loaded. I'm genuinely surprised with how happy I am with this light. I have an Aqua One Oakstyle, which other owners know is a great tank but the tank is lipped which means we can't have lights that attach/grip on the glass. There's 2 corner pieces in the lipped glass that are cut out for insertion of pipes etc but with the filter I have, the pipes and pipe holders, it takes all the space up so we can't use the Aqua One light unit. I had to replace the tank following some cat shenanigans that cracked the glass on the old tank. Decided to replace the filter as well as discovered that was leaking. The new filter had aforementioned holders so was looking for a light that would essentially stand on its own or be able to hook on wood (Aqua Ones have wood tops at the top of the tank which aesthetically is beautiful but practically it's a pain). This new light honestly has me wishing I'd discovered it sooner. The brightness is far superior to my old light and the fact you can have a 24/7 light setting, mimicking daylight cycles is just awesome. The video Ives uploaded is just the demo mode which shows you a speeded demo of the light. I've set ours 3 hours behind as we like the tank lit up in the evening before bed so that suits us. The late pm and late am light settings are very natural looking, almost gives you a tannins tint to the water (so anyone with naturally tannin tinted water would appreciate that setting). Our tank is 2.5ft (80cm) and I got the 73cm light unit (something like 70-100cm). This is the same length as my old light and is honestly brighter than my old one. As long as you buy a light unit that is long enough vs your tank length, it'll be fine.My only grievance with this is the remote control. It might just be ours but it is hecka pinickity. It requires me pushing the button 20 times before it seems to recognise I'm doing anything and once it starts to work I have to quickly set the right setting I want as I don't want to lose it connecting to the I/F signal. Most people will know the signal is made to a little box along the wire (not the light unit itself) but in case people haven't had remote lights before, make sure you are aware of that. These would also be compatible with smart plugs by just setting the light to permanently on, which is what I used to do with my old lights. All in all, very cautiously happy with this. Some LED products can have a tendency to fade over time so I'm hopeful these won't do that (hence the "cautiously").To have found a light this bright and versatile for a very reasonable and affordable price is just great. Highly recommended.

Natural 24 hour lighting, no need to turn it off.
I’ve had this light set on the 24hr cycling setting but 3 hours behind, the lighting changes throughout the day giving my aquarium different looks. My fish are a lot happier as they seem to react to the different lighting levels, plus my bully fish has stopped chasing the others. Very impressed, the remote control is handy too.

Yep, it's bright.
I've always had aquariums. My aquariums have always had fluorescent lights. I like the look of led lights but am still into the clunky look of the florescent fixture. Recently my old and outdated light took a dump. I searched high and low for a replacment and was disappointed that they cost way more than the new led lights so I sucked it up and bought this. Not only does it cast clean crystal clear light on my freshwater tank but it happens to fit inside of the housing from my old flouresent fixture which makes me a happy old man lol.

How can it be full spectrum and remote does nothing!
Looking through the details on this light it would appear that it has red, blue and white LEDs. The one I received only has white and blue? How can they class it as full spectrum without red LEDs and why are the images in the description showing red and why does the remote have settings for red!??! Very frustrating with yet another misleading product. And the remote was dead on arrival! It did switch on and you could cycle through a few options with the switch on the lead, but not what I was expecting. Actually feels quite a nice, well made light... shame.

Faulty remote
Hi there I have received my light yesterday. The light works but I noticed the romote has damage and is not working, I've tried new batteries and still does not work.Is there a possibility of having a replacement remote as I can't have full usage of the light without it

Great for plants nice and bright
A great light for my fish tank brightness is fantastic. Great for my plants as the 24/7 time works spot on love how you can save different colours. The only reason I'm give it a four star for is because the sizes are not true to size as I ordered the biggest one and when it turned up it was smaller then I thought. But apart from that every thing else was great.
