I bought this ASUS RT-AX92U AX6100 Tri-Band router for three reasons:1) Having recently changed broadband provider, their router has security warnings for it and is impossible to change the WiFi name or password from the default settings! I therefore needed a good quality router instead.2) I have used an ASUS router for the past four years on an ADSL line and found it to be totally reliable and give great WiFi coverage.3) I really like the ASUS app which lets me check and change settings and performance.So I thought I would be able to plug this ASUS router straight into the little wall box where the fibre-optic cable comes into my property. Sadly I discovered that this will not work with my provider as, again, the firmware on their provided router and the non-public server to which their customers connect will only allow the provided insecure router to work.My solution is this - disable the WiFi on the insecure router and plug ONLY my lovely new ASUS router into one of the ports. This means that my computer and other equipment which are wired connections are plugged into my secure ASUS router and WiFi is provided by the ASUS router as well.The ASUS RT-AX92U AX6100 Tri-Band Router looks great, is so easy to set up with the app or direct connection via a computer, and the WiFi performance is outstanding in our small detached modern property.

Although I love ASUS products and have owned a lot of them. This one is disappointing, constantly drops devices from WiFi.

Ein guter Router zeichnet sich dadurch aus das man ihn im besten Fall total vergisst. Das klappt mit diesem hier recht gut. Die Reichweite in meinem Haus ist circa 10m aber ich habe ihn zum mitnehmen gekauft und da ist Reichweite nicht so wichtig, da er direkt neben dem Notebook sitzt. Ich verwende ihn als Verbindung zwischen Internet -> Notebook über Lan und Notebook -> Quest 2 über Lan und Funk.Außerdem ist mein Handy auch noch damit verbunden und das klappt alles wunderbar. Ich muss sagen das sich die Antennen nicht all zu robust anfühlen aber da ich nicht sonderlich aufpasse und nichts kaputt geworden ist würd ich sagen das sie stark genug sind.Das einzige was mir nicht gefällt ist das Interface des Routers. Layout und co. sind super aber man braucht natürlich ein Passwort zum anmelden und wenn man so ein Profi wie ich ist welcher diese gern mal vergisst ist die einzige Option den Router per Knopf zurückzusetzen und damit all seine Einstellungen wieder zu verlieren. Ich würde es bevorzugen wenn Asus mir das Passwort per Email schicken könnte oder sowas ähnliches.

Mis impresiones desde el primer momento han sido muy positivas, este router transmite muy buenas sensaciones. El proceso de conexión y puesta en marcha ha sido muy sencillo. Más adelante he configurado un nodo AiMesh con un router ASUS AX56U sin demasiados problemas desde mi móvil.El desempeño es muy estable y las velocidades alcanzadas más que aceptables. La compatibilidad WiFi con dispositivos es muy buena. Actualmente maneja unos 35 dispositivos de media entre ordenadores, tabletas, dispositivos domóticos y altavoces Alexa.Cabe destacar también el muy buen soporte posventa al que he llamado o para resolver alguna duda y me han atendido de manera excelente. Muy bien por ASUS.Como aspectos positivos: Diseño, implementación de software tanto en el router como las apps auxiliares del móvil, estabilidad. Si encima dura un buen número de años, la compra será redonda.
