The quick connect plugs are perfect and worked grate
The quick connect plugs are perfect and worked grate.I did not want to hard wire my winch so I got some 2GA jumper cables and installed quick connects on wench and cables. Now I can use the wench on the rear of my truck also. Plus you don't have to worry about wires catching fire or catching on something under the truck.Thanks for the grate product.

Power Cable Connector Dust Plug Cover
These are the dust plug covers for the 175 amp plugs. They fit snug and work well. The picture on Amazon is NOT correct for this item. I ordered anyway based on the other specs and received what I was looking for. These dust covers should come with the plugs instead of having to buy them separately.

Exactly as pictured. This is the real hard plastic plug that snugly and securely fits into your sb175 anderson connector . It comes with the wire rope already crimped closed, ready to slide over the backside of one of your cables.

Held up for 14 months so far, good quality, horribly overpriced
I've had this product installed on my truck for a little over a year so far and it's as solid as it was on day one despite somewhat frequent use 5-6 months a year.As the other reviewer stated, it is insanely overpriced. A piece of ABS plastic with a lanyard for what is roughly $20 is highway robbery. I wish their review existed before my purchase was made because getting 5 for the price of 1 is what it comes down to.Along the same lines, shop around if you're looking for a winch connector style plug but don't give a damn whether it's a brand name. I bought a Warn connector to add a quick connect for a power inverter/jumper cables on a work truck which I tend to always be hooking up one or the other half the year and while they're a great design, after spending the ridiculous amount of coin for multiple connectors I found that other companies make the same product for 1/3 of the price or less and it's a standard shape / design.

Cheaper alternatives available
The picture is a receiver plug but the part is the plastic dust cap for the SB175 disconnect connector. Would give 5 stars if it was cheaper. The cap works great but there are alot cheaper alternatives from Anderson(the actual manufacturers)

bummer
This was nice having it in the front receiver of my truck. Did a good job keeping stuff out, but sadly, after a day of off roading it was gone. Not sure what I hit to knock it out, but that was unfortunate. Probably would be great on the rear receiver.
