Would someone please post an ingredient list?

*Pulled from Neutrogena's website on 04/11/21* Water, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Isostearyl Palmitate, Pentaerythrityl Tetraethylhexanoate, Isononyl Isononanoate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Hexylene Glycol, PEG-4 Laurate, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Sucrose Cocoate, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance (EU 1279)

I ordered this and as pictured (which I did not notice) these are identified as a refill pack. What are they refilling? I can't find a dispenser.

When I first ordered these it did have a blue plastic box with a lid, not really a dispenser and I found that the towelettes dried out faster in the box so I threw it out and just use the refills as they come....no problem, I love these things and highly recommend them.

Can you please deliver those items to me?
