As someone who has invested A LOT into ifak supplies and top tier gear from Agilite, Crye, Defense Mechanisms, and Esstac this pouch can hang with the best. It's a really handy ifak pouch that rips off with hook and loop for the ability to unmount the pouch when it's really needed. This pouch isn't a small belt pouch however. I'd put this on a plate carrier or bag set up.One thing I give I really like about not only this pouch but Petac gear in general are their molle straps that are integrated into their pouches is how easy they are to strap thru molle and how secure they are. They're wonderful, low profile straps that beat malice clips and the standard thick straps with buttons that will wear laser cut molle faster.I absolutely recommend this pouch and Petac in general. Great value for the money that I have no issues mounting right next to my top tier duty kit.

Very nice IFAK. Holds everything I need for GSW's and then some.

Works and looks good for me on my ar500armor testudo gen2 plate carrier. I give it four stars for one reason is because the elastic loops were too loose for me to hold any kind of TQ, so I had custom sewing done and made the two wide elastic loops into six elastic loops. Also I felt there was wasted space above the hook and loop material so I had more custom sewing done and added six molle loops there for attachments. I'm still not a big fan of laser molle, the product is secured good to my plate carrier but I'll probably cut the straps off later and use Condor molle button straps instead to make it better. As you can see from my pictures it holds a lot of stuff and my ideas of custom sewing worked out great for me. I will be purchasing two more later on and will be doing the same custom sewing on them. Update 09/05/23: I purchased a multicam color and it looks & works good on my army issued TAPS. I still give it four stars for the same reasons of my first review for the coyote brown version I purchased first. As you can see I got the same custom sewing done, it also holds the exact same supplies I put in the coyote brown version I purchased first. For my multicam version purchase, the pictures I took are in two different kinds of lighting FYI.

So far so good. Light material but seems like quality. The design is pretty good. Would benefit from just one more inch or half inch of width. The molle straps are flexible and stitch to the molle well. Zippers and Velcro seem to be of traditional quality - no issues and no signs of poor stitching.This is my third piece of gear from this company and I’ve been impressed with the price/quality ratio.

This bag is outstanding not only for the price, but for the features. Zippers are easy to use and do not get snagged on extra cloth or contents. Plenty of space on the interior of the bag for all of my medical equipment, as well as built in elastic to secure other gear. Bag fits nicely on the rear of my belt without getting in the way. Overall this pouch is excellent and I’m extremely glad I got it.

It’s better than expected but the material is also shiny and that’s not good for camo. Well thought out and seems to be quality made also bigger than expected. If it wasn’t shiny I would give it 5 stars.
