Hi, The ingredients as listed on the back of the tube are: Aqua (Water), Petrolatum, Cetearyl Alcohol, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Ceteareth-20, Menthol Phenoxyethanol.

Can this be used on the scalp?

Not sure about that unless you don’t have any hair. Then you could I would think.

I just received the lotion today and it is very thin, about the consistency of half and half. Should it be that runny? If not what should I do?

Mine isn’t that thin. It’s creamy, not runny. I’d send an email to the seller.
