Well made and worked well once I got it installed on my chinning bar with the included carabiners. Note: the carabiners did not open quite enough to just click them on the 1" or so chinning bar, so I had to remove the the little spring activated safety latch to enable me to provide a larger opening that would go over, and hang on the bar.

The additional extensions and the extremely large carabiners are what really set these ab straps apart from others of similar design. Nice product.

These work well for controlled leg lifts and holds without taxing my grip. (Especially after pullup day) The Carabiners are huge so you have some options. I have some brackets with 1/4" holes attached to my basement ceiling and I needed slightly smaller carabiners to attach these monsters to. Fortunately I had them already so I just clip the carabiners into those and it works awesome. I've also taken them to the gym and used the additional straps over a bar. Overall they work well for the price and I'm happy but can't comment on durability

Clip would not fit on my pull up bar. Wasn't useful for me. Returned it.

Ich habe mir die PULLUP & DIP Bauchmuskelschlaufen gekauft, weil ich mit normalen Crunches und Planks einfach nicht mehr weiterkam. Was soll ich sagen: Das Teil ist ein absoluter Game-Changer! Die Schlaufen sind super hochwertig verarbeitet, dick gepolstert und halten mein Gewicht (87 kg) ohne Probleme. Man hängt sie einfach an die Klimmzugstange, steckt die Arme durch und schon geht’s los mit Hanging Leg Raises, Knee Raises oder schrägen Übungen. Die Intensität ist eine ganz andere Liga als am Boden – man spürt sofort, dass wirklich die tiefen Bauchmuskeln und die unteren Abs gefordert werden. Nach 3–4 Wochen merke ich schon deutlich straffere und definiertere Bauchmuskeln, obwohl ich sonst keine großen Änderungen an meiner Routine hatte. Besonders cool: Durch die Armschlaufen hat man keinen Druck in den Ellenbogen wie bei manchen Ab Straps und kann sich voll auf die Ausführung konzentrieren. Das Training macht richtig Laune, weil es anspruchsvoll ist, aber genau das wollte ich – keine halben Sachen mehr. Fazit: Wer ernsthaft Sixpack-Ziele hat und eine Klimmzugstange besitzt, sollte sich die Schlaufen unbedingt holen. Für mich die beste Investition in mein Home-Gym dieses Jahr. Klare Kaufempfehlung! 💪

Fully satisfied with the straps Very practical ab straps, which can be attached to my Pullup & Dip bar. The main advantage for me is that I can fully concentrate on the leg or knee raises without having to worry to loose the grip on the bar. Material is very soft and does not scratch like my previous model. Adjustable in length as well so perfect for all kind of pull up bars. Very nice product without chemical odor!
