I’ve had this therapy ball for a few years now, and I’m still impressed with how well it’s held up. The material is super durable—no signs of wear, and it’s never lost air or gone misshapen. I use it regularly on the floor for back stretches, and it also doubles as my computer chair (which has really helped with posture and core strength). One of the things I appreciated most when I first got it was that it came with an exercise chart—perfect for getting started—as well as a spare plug and plug remover, which was such a thoughtful bonus. If you’re looking for a stability ball that holds up over time and works well for both fitness and everyday posture support, this one’s a solid choice.

Great thing to have rolling around. If you haven't tried one you should. Its inexpensive and helps with relaxed movement. There is a chart showing exercises that may challenge your core stability but that's the idea.
