how much hardner do i need for 4.35 gallons?

The resin and hardener come as a 5 to 1 ratio. The resisnt exactly a gallon, the hardener in I think a 25 oz can goes with a “gallon” of resin so you would need to get five of these 25 oz cans of hardener and you’ll have 2/3 of a can of hardener left when you’ve used up your 4.35 gallons of resin.

I have used Envirotex Lite to coat tiles and it is crystal clear but SO long to cure. Question is if this is crystal clear? And how long to cure?

You have to use 207 hardner and 207 resin. Go to West system site and read about clear finish.

Do these containers come full ? appeared to have channellock marks on lid channel and there was hardener on inner lid. Missing 2 inches of product.

It doesn't matter. It was obviously opened by someone. Just return it and get another one or a refund.

My set of resin and hardener came today, but the hardener is brownish/redish in color when I pump it out. Is that correct or should I return it?

My hardener was slightly brownish when mixing with the resin, but after mixing it would clear up, and it would harden clear as well. If it is very pronounced, you may have a problem, but if it is just a tint that goes away when you mix, that seems to be normal. You may want to do a test on some scrap material to confirm.
