Will these work for martial arts class?

I would think so. It's soft materials. My daughter wears them for tennis.

Yes. My daughter wears them with regular shoes. Never tried soccer shoes.

My daughter is five years old will this help make her ankles strong and straight?

Not sure about strong my 13 year old used them as support after a bad twist

Can these work on a adult???

Yes I am an adult and I used them. I wear size 5 women's size shoes so my feet are small but they are able to accommodate a larger foot if your feet are on the smaller size.
