Great weight distribution!
When you pick this thing up and feel the full weight you think, "there's no way Im going to be able to put this on". Then you carefully slide in to it and realize that the perfect weight distribution makes this pretty darn bearable. In fact, your legs are more likely to get tired than your back is!I needed this to train for a fitness test coming up. I love the ease of adjusting the weight to what I want, and the 5 pockets on both sides give you options for where you put the weights. Its comfortable and the lower chest band gives great support. I didnt get the ones with the shoulder pads, and while I do think they would make it more comfortable, you can easily add your own make shift padding that will do the same thing. This is a great exercise tool to really help you build muscle and strength. Its very good quality and seems like it will be durable over time.

Easy on the shoulders
This is the fourth vest I’ve tried, and it’s a keeper. I returned the other three. I ordered the 40-pound vest with shoulder pads, but I find it more comfortable without them. The other vests were too tight and restrictive in the armpit area, and they caused pain in my trapezius muscles. I don’t use the vest for running or weight training, so my experience is based solely on walking. I also discovered that I can carry the unused weight bags in my hands while wearing the vest, which is an extra benefit.

Excellent Vest
This weighted vest exceeded my expectations. It’s super easy to adjust both the weight and the fit, which makes it perfect for a variety of workouts. Whether I'm running, doing pushups, or just walking, it stays in place and doesn’t feel bulky or awkward. The material feels durable and breathable, and the straps make it simple to get a snug fit without digging in. It’s made my workouts more challenging in the best way. If you’re looking to step up your training, this vest is a great investment and well priced.

Reviewing after about a year of use
To preface, I’ve been using this vest primarily for adding weight to pushups, pull ups, dips, and squats. I can’t really speak well to how good it would be for walking or running but it is definitely snugger/less bouncier than other vests I’ve tried. I bought the 60lb version.Pros:-Weight distribution is about as close to perfect as I’ve experienced, and adjusting the weight by removing or adding back the weight packs on the fly is fairly simple.-It is also very comfortable through full range of motion on even things like squats and pullups which pleasantly surprised me.-It is still in close to new condition after a year of use so I’m gonna say the construction/sewing is robust enough for me at least.Cons:-I wish I didn’t spend extra for the shoulder pads. I don’t used them at all at this point, and when I was trying them, they didn’t alter the comfort (which is overall pretty decent) for the types of training I use the vest for (I bet they would for long walks though),-Putting the vest on and taking it off is a bit more of a process than other vests I’ve tried, especially at higher weights since you don it over the head rather than over the shoulders.-When breathing hard it’s a bit restrictive on how deep I can breath at the tightness required to prevent bouncing during explosive movements.Overall: Zero regrets on the purchase on my end. I use it all the time, and I don’t foresee needing to buy a new vest for many years.

Great weight vest
very comfortable, use it for walking indoors and outdoors. Able to adjust wear easily with the removeable weight. Can increase and decrease. I wear it over a sweater, the smell is fine. I set it down on the table when im done, no issues on its durability. Mobility is fine when I walk, works well.

comfortable
I bought the 60 pound vest. There's 10 bags on the vest, 5 on the front and 5 on the back, the bags aren't solid, you can remove any amount of bags you want, each bag weights around 5 pounds and 13 Oz and the vest weights around 2 pounds, so if you use one bag and the vest, you gain around 8 pounds, it's made with good materials. I used it for 2 hours and it's still comfortable after the exercise.Tips:If you have a long exercise routine, start with one bag even if it feels light, after a while you'll start feeling it, if at the end it felt comfortable, the next exercise day add another bag, that way you'll make sure you won't get injured. If you have lower back issues. If you have more weight on the back, you'll feel a small pull on the side you have more weight and you feel the lower part of the vest pushing your lower back, after a while it started hurting, when a moved the bag to the front, it stopped hurting, for me having the higher weight value in the front helps. If you do pullups and have a small frame, you feel the vest scratching your biceps, it's a little annoying, but use a longer sleeve T-shirt, or put a piece of cotton cloth on the front side of the vest while doing pullups and you're good.If you do pushups, you may not have full motion, get some pushups handles or something that raises you a few inches from the floor, I use 3 pieces of cinder block that raised me around 6 inches from the floor and it worked, make sure that whatever you use is stable and flat.If you do regular crunches on the floor, you can do them with the vest on but you will also lose a little range, take your vest off and hold the bag on your chest if you want some resistance or do them with the vest if it feels good.Everything else I did felt comfortable to do with the vest, including stretching exercise.
