Trace Minerals Research Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak, Cranberry, 30 Count

I started taking these trace minerals power pak when I tested positive for Covid 19. They made me feel hydrated and energized as much as possible. These ones in particular taste really good and make for a perfect energy drink to replenish lost electrolytes, while also rich in Vitamin C, which is much needed to boost your immune system. I definitely recommend these as a sports drink or if you just need a good solution to feel energized and hydrated.

The doctor and dietician were telling me to drink more water, at least 64floz per day. The trouble is, the more I drank the more I peed, my cells weren't absorbing it. This is a modern phenomenon due to drinking bottled water, which has all the minerals filtered or distilled out. The bottled water producers filter them out to improve the taste of water. However, the minerals are needed to allow your cells to absorb water. Hence the reason I ordered these little sachets. Mine are the Cranberry flavored ones and I add one to my first 16.9floz bottle of water each day. I can now drink the necessary daily amount of water that my body requires to function properly, without getting up six times in the night to pee. Honestly, I feel a lot better, with more energy and mental clarity. Be aware though, it may say Cranberry flavour on the packet and the water does turn the correct color for Cranberry juice once you add it; But it tastes like dirty bathwater left in your navel for two days and then drank directly with a straw. There's a reason this stuff is filtered from your water, as it tastes like roadkill skunk mixed with sweaty vest. However, that said, I do recommend the product for its health benefits and its definately worth drinking.

I did not have high hopes for this but I figured it was worth trying. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this is. I know the importance of staying hydrated but even with my long workouts and walking 18 holes when I play golf I never drink enough water. This will definitely help me stay hydrated I will keep the packets in my golf bag, in my car and in my purse. I’m glad a took a chance.
